Our wedding day was beautiful, but Jenna, my sister-in-law, sulked nonstop.
She complained about the weather, her dress and how she looked.
In every photo, she scowled or rolled her eyes.
Still, Nina tried to include her with love and patience.
Weeks later, we got our photos and shared them with family.
Jenna immediately called, furious about her appearance.
She demanded we delete every picture she was in.
“If you post them, I’m done with you both,” she threatened.
That night, I went through the photos and cropped her out.
She was always on the edge, so it wasn’t hard.
We shared the edited photos—without Jenna in any of them.
The next day, she called again, even more furious.
“You erased me!” she shouted, but I stayed calm.
“You asked not to be seen,” I reminded her.
Nina, instead of upset, felt lighter and stronger.
For once, we didn’t let Jenna steal the moment.
